Shipping policy

1. Total Delivery Time The total time to receive your order is calculated as follows: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

2. Processing Time & Order Confirmation

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. If any item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you by email immediately.
  • Standard Processing: All orders require 3–5 business days (Mon-Fri) to pick, pack, and prepare for shipment. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • Shipping Area: United States (Contiguous US).
  • Estimated Transit Time: 5–7 business days.
  • Note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions or carrier delays (FedEx/UPS/USPS).

4. Shipment Notifications Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email to the email address used at checkout.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@twillara.com.

5. Damage Claims & Inspection

  • Inspect on Delivery: Please check the packaging for any visible damage upon arrival. If the package is significantly damaged, please take clear photos of the shipping label, the carton, and the contents immediately.
  • Submit a Claim: Email your photos and a brief description to support@twillara.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: If the product is found damaged or if parts are missing, we will send a replacement item or the necessary parts at no additional cost to you.

6. Shipping Carriers & Delivery

  • Carriers: Most orders are shipped via standard carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • No Signature Required: In most cases, packages will be left at your mailbox or doorstep. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
